What is speed networking?
- A chance to meet lots of prospective business contacts in a short space of time.
- A set of structured meetings where you can discuss your business, and that of the other person.
- A chance afterwards to network with business you feel may be of use to your company.
How to speed network
- Know your business, and know it well.
- Be able to describe what you do and who you do it for in a few clear sentences.
- Know what you want and need from networking and what you have to offer other businesses.
- Leave with a pocket full of business cards so you can follow up any contacts you have made
- during the session.
- Relax and enjoy the experience, as well as being informative it can be fun too.
